Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building and common facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well maintained.
Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair, servicing, and maintenance works.
Handle residents' or tenants' feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise on-site staff including security, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare monthly building reports.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring of building expenses.
Plan and coordinate improvement or upgrading works when needed.
Report building matters and operational issues to the Property or Building Manager.
