Requirements

Strong and proven capabilities in managing, supervising and handling all operationally related work. Possess good leadership in managing a secure and disciplined security team with a special focus in ensuring a high standard of security procedure being adhered to by all security personnel. Processing extensive knowledge of and conversant with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) rules and orders. Good PR with strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Monitoring the petty cash and the balance to be accurate, tally with the log book/record. BE should keep the petty cash money at all-time. BE in related areas mentioned under the BM Job Scope with full authorization and guidance of the said superior respectively. BE will also be assigned to specific job function of the administrative or maintenance staff as and when or should the need arises. Ensure all related government licenses, certificates or approvals are valid including statutory inspection certificates in respect of lifts, firefighting equipment, generators etc. To make necessary arrangement before expirations of the above to maintain validity of all licenses and certificate at all times. Liaise with contractors, solicitors, auditors, utilities providers and relevant government authorities i.e. COB, TNB, SAJ, TM etc.

Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday : 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
