Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction/Quantity Surveying (QS)/Architectural or equivalent
At least 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience in project site supervision and management for civil and structural (C&S) and building construction works
Experience in handling Dumpy level and setting out of building sites is an added advantage
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
Proactive and initiative-driven in dealing with site issues, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction projects at Plantation Estates, Palm Oil Mills, & Lambir Jaya (Bekenu), and other site construction projects as required
Conduct QA/QC inspections at project sites
Prepare site diary and monthly work progress reports
