To Assist Building Manager in operation and maintenance of the common property in accordance with policies, procedures, and standing orders set by the Company;
To liaise with JMB and update on relevant progress of any issues related to the building and owners/residents.
To assist in implementation and enforcement of house rules/bylaws / additional bylaws.
To lead and monitor the performance of the maintenance team.
To review and monitor the performance of all service providers.
To attend monthly meeting with JMB and prepare minutes of meetings.
To attend complaints made by the owners/residents.
To monitor the collection of overdue debts and implement debt recovery process.
