Candidate must have at lease 2-3 years working experience in similar job.
Familiar with building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, basic HVAC, door/lock & minor carpentry job)
conduct safety checks (fire extinguishers, exit lights & emergency call system).
assist with vendor/contractor coordination and site visit.
maintain tools, stores and spare parts inventory, keep workshops neat and safe.
must possess driving license and able to multitask.

Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
