• Maintain & update of utilities capacity & tools matrix
• To plan, supervise and coordinate building maintenance, renovation and special projects accordance to company\'s guideline / procedure and requirement
• Work closely with Engineering team to ensure correct system integration & schedule tracking
• Maintain & improve quality & reliability during project execution & resolve day to day system issue
• Oversee janitorial servicing within the plant
• Regular inventory check for janitorial consumable items
• Check and monitor building maintenance works been carried out according to schedule
• Supervise outsource service provider in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Managing department budget spending & tracking for building maintenance system
• Ensure relevant documents are kept up-to-date
• Coordinate and involve in ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 improvement activities and work closely with Safety Officer (HSE) in ensuring safety work practice is enhanced in the company
• To establish building maintenance goals and conduct monthly performance reviews
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment within the building(s), as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in mechanical or Engineering Related Discipline
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

PREFERRED:

2 years or more working experience in manufacturing environment.
