JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Manage building maintenance scope Electrical, HVAC, Cooling System and other soft service work 2. Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. 3. To carry out project management, cost saving projects, building maintenance, installation, and re-layout activities. 4. Ensure the building meets all the safety regulations and the running. 5. Ensure administration of the basic facilities meet the national and local laws and safety requirements. 6. To meet department goals, objectives, and the required tasks. 7. Manage facility document to meet ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirement. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or higher. 2. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. 3. Must be able to work overtime, working out of office hour and on call.
