To attend daily complaints.
Perform maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and carpentry work.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and hardware
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors if necessary.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager / supervisor.
Qualification:
SPM/Certificate/Diploma
Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Understand and perform for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to receive and follow instructions from management in a positive and professional manner.
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Words, MS Outlook).
Able to multitask and willing to learn
Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays if required
A valid GDL driving license is an advantage
Language: English & Bahasa Melayu
