Job Description
Trouble shooting of equipment malfunction and rectification job. Assist project for new building equipment installation as well as modification work. To check the building equipment spares parts availability. Execute the preventive maintenance/condition monitoring work. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior. Collecting data of water consumption reading. Updating daily job order log sheet. Assist superior in monitoring contractor out sourcing work Do cleaning, servicing and troubleshooting air conditioning system. Do civil work such tiling, cement, draining and etc related to the work.
Min Qualification: Diploma in Building Maintenance and AirCond Service or any Engineering related.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
