Building Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the facility maintenance.
Plan and schedule routine maintenance and emergency repairs of electrical, plumbing, and other building facility.
Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues, schedule repairs, and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
Maintain records of maintenance work, inventory, and equipment.
Manage work orders and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal laws.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Assist in budgeting for maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Requirements:
Education: certificate or diploma in building maintenance, electrical,mechanical or any related field.
Minimum 1 years experience in building maintenance .
Able to working at shah alam seksyen 22
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
