Job Description
Job Responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the interior and exterior of office premises including the upkeep of buildings and facilities.\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any basic repair or preventative maintenance works as required.\xe2\x80\xa2 Diagnose the faulty and perform minor repair for electrical appliances and other items\xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out works according to the maintenance schedule and conduct routine inspections for buildings, equipment and facilities.\xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the contractor\xe2\x80\x99s repair and maintenance work of buildings.Job Requirements\xe2\x80\xa2 At least STPM level.\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office.\xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work on the weekend and public holiday when required.\xe2\x80\xa2 Able to travel outstation.\xe2\x80\xa2 Based in head office
