Job Description

Broadmindz Property Management is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our client properties in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Building Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our properties, while also providing excellent service to our residents. This is a hands-on role with a focus on property management, building maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsibilities :

Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, including supervision of maintenance staff and coordination of all building services Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building's systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, ensuring they are in good working order Manage the building's security, including access control and surveillance systems Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for various building projects and services Ensure the building's compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements Prepare and maintain detailed building records, including maintenance logs and financial reports Assist with the development and implementation of long-term maintenance plans and capital improvement projects Possess great customer service skills

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology Thorough understanding of relevant safety and regulatory requirements Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various properties as needed Good understanding of the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757)
