To oversee and manage the operations of the site project, perform property management functions, liaise closely with owners, residents and management committee.
Responsible for the overall running of the day-to-day operation and administration of the properties, including issuance of billings and collections, credit control, public relations and customer services, security and building maintenance matters.
To build good rapport with owners, tenants and attend regular meetings with the committee.
To carry out periodic inspections and monitor performance of service providers and contractors.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management/Building Services or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Residential Building Management.
Self-driven, possess high degree of initiative and good problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transport.
Must be computer literate and possess good organizational skills.
Good leadership and able to work independently.
Familiar with Strata Management Act and must be able to read and understand the building constructions plans and drawings.
