In charge and responsible for overall maintenance and management of the buildings.
Overseeing daily routine activities including cleaning, security, waste disposal, pest control, landscaping, and any other relevant service providers for the building.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the regular building maintenance and repair which including lift & escalator, chiller & air handling unit, generator set, fire protection system, electrical and water supplied and other facilities in the building.
Handle ad hoc/ emergency repairs
Attend to the complaints
Practice effective communication and relationships with stakeholder/ client.
Reporting to client and superiors
Abide and comply with relevant laws and codes specially on Strata Management Act 2013 and Strata Management (maintenance and management) Regulation 2015.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree or Diploma in Property/ Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good in problem-solving skills
Able to code with pressure
Work independently with minimum supervision
Good team leader
