Career Opportunity - Building Manager (off Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur)

We are seeking a

dedicated and hands-on Building Manager

to take charge of the operations and maintenance of our well-established property located in the bustling

Jalan Sungai Besi

area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch facility management.

Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security. Coordinate and supervise contractors, service providers, and in-house maintenance teams to ensure quality work and timely completion. Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local council requirements, and building by-laws. Prepare and monitor operating budgets, maintenance costs, and monthly management reports. Build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma/Degree

in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field. At least

3-5 years' experience

in building or property management (high-rise/complex experience preferred). Strong knowledge of

building systems, fire safety, and preventive maintenance

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle emergencies under pressure.
