Have experience in Residential building operation and maintenance/facilities management.
Experience in
Mechanical & Electrical system
and other building services.
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and work as a team.
Maintain tool and equipment in good condition
Perform preventive maintenance repair, attend breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical electrical system
Maintain plumbing systems, pumps system or operations.
Follow safety rules and procedure in job site
Report to superior on work progress of actual and potential problem
Requirements:
SPM/Certificate
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Must be pro-active
Punctual
Standby for on-calls and emergencies

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
