Job Description

Carry out inspection on all the common area facilities and lighting on a periodic basis; Attend to owner's/tenant's complaint regarding maintenance issues; Assist building executive in the operation and maintenance of the M&E equipments; Liase with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works. To complete new installations of M&E equipment as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption of service; Ensure all M&E tools and equipment is in order and kept in a safe place.
Location:- Cyberjaya, Selangor
Salary:- RM2,500 to RM2,700 per month
