Job Description
To assist our Building Manager/Executive on M&E matters.
To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained.
Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to the schedule.
Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors and service providers.
Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
Requirements :-
Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond.
1-3 years working experience in highrise building.
Good discipline and able to work independently
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
