Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general repair and maintenance work. Follow up and reports to the management any preventive maintenance required and ensures all assignments given are appropriately attended. Perform daily routine checking of all common areas including pool, perimeter fence, street light, and other areas of the hotel. Conduct minor repair works including plumbing, sanitary system, carpentry, painting work, replacement of light bulbs, water tap and others work assigned by supervisor. Ensure that repair works are completed on time, and that they are of good quality. Attend all complaints and to ensure all complaints are solved on time. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on plant & machinery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possess Vocational Certificate in specializing in Maintenance / Repair (facilities & machinery) or equivalents. Those without relevant qualifications but with 2 years or more relevant experience will be considered. Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
