Building Technician /juruteknik Bangunan
Job Description
Perform daily building inspections, including common areas, mechanical rooms, and facilities.
Carry out routine maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.(basic support)
Attend to resident maintenance requests and rectify issues promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule and keep proper service records.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to water leaks, blockages, and faulty fittings.
Assist in overseeing contractors and vendors during repair or service works.
Ensure all safety procedures, equipment, and building systems comply with regulations.
Respond to emergencies such as power trips, water disruptions, and system breakdowns.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
