Building Technician
Job Description
Perform daily maintenance and repair works for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, lighting, pumps, and equipment.
Assist in preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records updated.
Attend to residents' maintenance complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor contractors' work and report any issues to the Building Executive/Manager.
Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety and building regulations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
Support emergency response for power failure, water leakage, or lift breakdown.
Inspect renovation works and ensure compliance with house rules.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to building maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
