Repair damaged equipment and any damaged parts.
Ensure the electrical system is in good condition.
Ensure Lift system in good condition and safe for public.
Ensure Standby Generator is in good condition when TNB power supply breakdown.
Inspect Fire Protection System and make sure it is in good condition in term of Fire.
Maintain a plumbing system and ensure water tank supply in good condition.
Regularly check all equipment's to ensure the equipment's are in good condition.
Carry out inspections of buildings supervised by other Technicians.
Conduct inspections and preparing schedules for repairing jobs.
Monitor the landscape and ensure all lighting surrounding are in good working condition
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
