Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general facility infrastructure. Inspect and troubleshoot issues with building systems. Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and ensure longevity. Maintain lighting systems, doors, locks, and safety equipment. Assist in the installation and setup of facility-related equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance logs. Take care of building and hostel facilities to ensure all are clean, functional and well maintained. Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during maintenance / repair work. Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
Requirements:
Diploma or technical certification in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical or related field. Proven experience (2 - 3 years preferred) as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems and hand/power tools. Ability to read technical manuals. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy facility equipment or climbing ladders. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
