Building Technician
Job Description
Perform daily site walks for routine inspection and day-to-day operations such as electrical equipment, office equipment, toilet equipment, civil & plumbing, lighting, water pumps, air conditioning units, lifts).
Carry out Minor Repairs & Maintenance works of the common areas such as mechanical and electrical, plumbing, civil and basic handyman tasks etc.
Check and rectify all complaints reported by tenants / occupants.
Escorting Vendors for on-site preventive / reactive maintenance work
Maintain proper records of all maintenance activities and reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per day
