Responsibilities (Building Technician):

• To carry out all maintenance duties on electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Attend to residents\' complaints.
• To ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out under supervision of the Building Maintenance Manager or Executive.
• To ensure all defects rectification works are carried out accordingly.
• To carry out periodic check on all the electrical and plumbing system and other related equipment\'s and to ensure the same are in good working conditions.
• To upkeep, maintain and make good minor defects of the building such as masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry work etc.
• Response to complaints and breakdown incidents on immediate basis.
• To be ready to attend to any emergency complaints even after working hours.

Salary : RM 2,200.00-RM 2,500.00

Responsibilities (Senior Building Technician):

-Assist the Building Manager & Building Executive to managing day to day M&E operational and maintenance issues.
-Assist Building Executive liaise with contractor for quotation purpose & to prepare purchase order.
-Inspecting the building frequently for sign of damage or wear.
-Work closely and monitor service contractors and ensure its optimum performance at all time.
-To source contractors, vendors to facilities maintenance and operations of the building facility.
-Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
-Attending and follow up on owners/tenants complaints.
-To ensure equipment and facilities are functioning optimally at all times by complying to preventive maintenance schedule, attending to service requests, troubleshooting and resolving arising issues in timely manner.
-Lean and guide Technician.
-Carry out daily inspection on common area.
-To carry out any others duties as when instructed by the management from time to time.

Salary : RM 2,500.00-RM 3,000.00
