Role Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable intern to support the Trade Bureau team in day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate data file submissions, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining the integrity of our data processes.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills

What you'll be doing

• Follow up with data contributors to ensure timely submission of data files
• Perform data verification to ensure data is updated accurately
• Track and update submission statuses, escalating delays when necessary
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the team
• Assist with organizing and maintaining operational documentation
• Provide general support to the Trade Bureau team as required

Qualifications
More About You:

• Students with Degree or equivalent, preferably in finance/business administration of equivalent
• Must be available to perform internship minimum of 3 months - 6 months ONLY
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills both written and verbal (English)
• Knowledge of accounting and finance is an advantage
