Job Description


  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good customer services skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration
  • Online and Offline sales fulfillment
  • Handlings sales enquiry-emails / WhatsApp / social media messages etc.
  • To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, cash sales, invoices, delivery orders etc.
  • To fulfill all orders from an online platform, Email, and WhatsApp P.O
  • To arrange/follow up vendor payment according to the deadline set.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matters relates to administrative activities.
  • Manage company admin email and direct the public queries to the right PIC.
  • Manage and renew the company\'s yearly business license, premise license, and other licenses.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos.
  • Filing for all related documentation and maintaining the filing system.
  • Prompt updates and reporting schedule.
  • Handling of office printing and stationeries.
  • Responsible for preparation and delivery arrangements for Care
  • To coordinate updates and improvements to the Management and Administrative
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Undertake other tasks to be assigned by the superior from time to time.
