Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day administration
Online and Offline sales fulfillment
Handlings sales enquiry-emails / WhatsApp / social media messages etc.
To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, cash sales, invoices, delivery orders etc.
To fulfill all orders from an online platform, Email, and WhatsApp P.O
To arrange/follow up vendor payment according to the deadline set.
Communicate with internal and external parties on matters relates to administrative activities.
Manage company admin email and direct the public queries to the right PIC.
Manage and renew the company\'s yearly business license, premise license, and other licenses.
Prepare and distribute correspondence memos.
Filing for all related documentation and maintaining the filing system.
Prompt updates and reporting schedule.
Handling of office printing and stationeries.
Responsible for preparation and delivery arrangements for Care
To coordinate updates and improvements to the Management and Administrative
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
