Assist to maintain office supplies/amenities and place orders when necessary.
Assist to maintain the office's general cleanliness and tidiness, including organising and overseeing regular cleaning services.
Assist to prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements as needed.
Assist to maintain safety equipment and general insurance administration.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, new employee on-boarding and maintaining employee records.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
