Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily administrative task
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
  • Assist in preparing reports as request by superior
  • Assist in preparing report billing
  • Assist in preparing Invoice, Quotation, and Receipts as requested
  • Data Entry
  • Assist to keep track of staff\'s attendance, duty roster, OT and etc.
Requirements:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) and other business related software (if any)
  • Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
  • Possess own transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months Salary: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month Benefits:
