Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferably Junior executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Computer literate, Possess Knowledge in MS Office-Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Familiar with Auto-count software is a plus point.

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely manner.
Oversee daily operations, including sales administration and clerical tasks.
Schedule and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer orders, compile reports, and ensure accurate submissions.
Support the sales team in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
Maintain an organized filing system and handle general office tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned to support operational needs.
