Job Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing and processing invoices Handle general administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation Support office management, including supplies, filing, and coordination Assist in preparing simple reports and tracking sheets Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required Perform other admin-related duties as assigned

Requirements:



? Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
? Open to

interns and fresh graduates


? Able to speak and read

Chinese


? Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
? Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
? Good communication and time management skills
