We are looking for a Business Administration Executive to assist in our day-to-day operations.
You will play an important role in handling the company documentations in the most professional and efficient manners. Responsibilities/Job Scopes:
  • Assist and support our Business Consultants in providing high-quality service to clients
  • Follow up with clients on documentation and advise clients on matters relating to incorporation of company, opening bank account, applying business licenses, applying for
Employment Pass & Visa * Assist our Business Consultants in coordinating local and international events
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Paperwork in filling and any other administration task as and when required.
Work Requirements:
-Required skills: Microsoft Office
-Required languages: Able to converse in English & Mandarin (Mandarin are compulsory to serve mandarin speaking customer)
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree
-At least 1 year(s) and above experience in related field especially banking/ insurances/audit is added advantage.
- Ensuring all inquiries or requests are attended promptly and appropriately as according to deadlines
-Provide services support & documentation support to clients
-Experience in customer service or event coordination will be an added advantage.
-Enjoy meeting people, communicating with people, and paying great attention to details when preparing documents. Company Culture
