Business Advisory Manager

Job Description
Lead client engagement team in financial transformation, including performance management, process improvement, and strengthening controls. Collaborate with client leadership and team to drive growth strategies, strategic decision-making, and improve EBITDA and working capital through scenario analysis.
- Take the lead in client engagements to support financial transformation, covering areas such as performance management, process improvement, and enhancing controls and governance.
- Formulate and develop a transformation plan closely aligned with EBITDA and working capital improvement, and ensure its effective implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership from both client organizations and GCFO to devise growth strategies, facilitate strategic decision-making, and utilize impactful scenario analysis.
- Assume responsibility for planning, aligning, and monitoring the progress of key action plans and milestones in a timely manner.
- Adapt business process discussions to envision the desired future state for clients.
- Utilize customer and industry research, including market trends, market size, and competitor analysis, to enhance knowledge sharing and provide valuable solutions to clients.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings and actively seek ways to enhance and improve our services for clients.
Degree in Accounting and Finance, with chartered qualification as an added advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in audit.
