Description:

To support SIG Ops team on the below listed task :

Purchase Order (PO) Coordination

Generate material-related purchase orders in SAP. Ensure accuracy and completeness of PO details. Manage and track PO creation and processing. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely PO approvals and deliveries.
Demand Entry & SAP Demand Management

Input and manage demand data in SAP. Monitor and adjust demand forecasts in alignment with business needs.
SAP Material Extension

Facilitate material master data creation and extension in SAP. Ensure compliance with data governance and system standards.
Inventory Management & Material Sales

Oversee inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in material sales processes and documentation.
Documentation Maintenance

Update and maintain procedural documentation. Ensure documentation reflects current processes and standards.
Ad-Hoc Support

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the BOA team. Provide flexible support across teams as needed.

Requirements :

Min Bachelor Degree in any field with experienced in SAP will be an added advantage.
Well versed with MS Office specially Excel, Power point, Word and ability to write Macro would be an added advantage.
Good communication skill in English
Attention to details and capable of doing analytic analysis.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
