Job Description
Location: Damansara Uptowns:
- Ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial information, providing variance analysis for the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and Plan for both the balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
- Report inventory split data to Area Finance.
- Perform quarterly CPRR reconciliation.
- Provide weekly sales reports to the commercial team.
- Regularly review the balance sheet to ensure timely and accurate records.
- Coordinate with CFS/shared services on necessary accounting entries.
- Prepare journal entries for month-end closing.
- Support GMI projects such as reducing FOC and improving CPRR efficiency.
- Assist in Annual Costing process by loading transfer prices into the system.
- Ad hoc analysis
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis / business partnering with strong financial understanding and modeling skills
- Experience in Audit or Big Four would be advantageous
- Able to translate strategic goals and initiatives into effective financial interpretation to support and delivery of goals and initiatives.
- Integration and change management skills and hands on experience preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in interfacing between functional departments
