Looking for a role that allows you to take deep ownership of your work?
You\'ll work with business users to formulate and produce User Requirement document to enhance business processes, develop systems/ mobile application. Bridging between business users, in-house and external IT technical team.


Key Responsibilities

• User Requirement gathering, documentation and management.
• Manage, coordinate, prioritize and work with business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned to the goal and objectives and within scope.
• Conduct User Requirement briefing to IT, participate and coordinate on User Requirement clarification during software development stage.
• Plan, coordinate and/or conduct of User Acceptance Test (UAT). UAT progress tracking and reporting.
• Manage and coordinate with all relevant parties to resolve User Requirement gap.
• Implementation support.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any discipline with Computer Science/ Information Technology preferred.
• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Business Analyst.
• User Requirement gathering and Requirement Document Lifecycle management skills.
• Experience in mobile application development and integration is preferred.
• Knowledge on Bancassurance product and sales process is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
