Responsibilities and Duties 1) Assist in determining operational objectives by studying business and Agropreneur needs, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements, and formats. 2) Conduct and coordinate product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning. 3) Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. 4) Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the company. 5) Ensure timely project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. 6) Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. 7) Serve as a point-of-contact between business and IT for reporting and data systems issues. 8) Assist in conducting major sessions within projects, such as User Acceptance Test and training. 9) Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 10) Strong ability to develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and design test scenarios that comprehensively cover data-intensive processes, ensuring the software\'s accuracy and performance. 11) Able to execute test cases manually and document and communicate test results, identify and track defects, and provide detailed feedback to development teams. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in computer engineering, systems management, or other relevant field of study. At least 3-5 years of experience, or at least 1 year of leading a team, is a bonus. Analytical and process-oriented thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo effectively and constructively. Experience with project methodologies such as Agile methodology is a plus. Appointment may vary and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate\'s years of relevant working experience and track record.
