About The Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various stakeholders in each business unit to analyse and provide SME support in department's role matrix amendment.
• Perform application onboarding activities which includes requirement gathering, build, UAT and support production deployments into the IDM solution.
• Manage the bank's access review exercise which includes application access reconciliation and consolidation into centralized access repository. Review application access matrix.
• Perform maintenance of Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules in the IDM solution.
• Providing audit related data to internal and external auditors.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of internal teams and third party service providers/vendors
• Capable of managing a variety of priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in identity management technologies and integrate innovative approaches into the bank's overall security strategy.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution
• Professional qualification in information security, such as CISSP / CISM / CEH, or Security product certifications will be advantageous. Technical Skills 5 to 7 years relevant experience
• Relevant experience in any of the IDM tools Strong knowledge on role based access control.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
• Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java.
• Hands on experience with Reporting tools with excellent computational ability.
