Your Job: Business Analyst, GBS APAC is responsible for GBS value creation (free cash flow, working capital, cost savings) and productivity targets through data analysis, data story-telling and initiative delivery tracking. He/she also supports GBS APAC Operations in stakeholder management and supports GBS functional teams & Business Units to explore and identify / implement opportunities to effectively deliver towards the business strategy. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Data analysis - Value Creation (Free Cash Flow, Working Capital, Cost Savings) & Productivity: Identify different data sources and condenses data - into usable and comprehensive form that will answer specific business question and issues Recognizes trends, patterns and able to connect the dots to develop data insights and findings to build, validate and support decision making Ensures data analytics activities uphold standards around data security and integrity. Performs data quality checks such as remapping of General Ledger categories, operational and financial data reconciliation Value creation initiatives delivery tracking: Consolidate and support Global Programs, obtaining business support, and tracking progress of value creation initiatives and projects Interact and collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates on metrics and measures including initiative\'s benefit reporting, cost reporting and implementation status, manages request for information and follow-up on projects until completion. Design, monitor performance and report ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards that are of value and interprets them to BUs and stakeholders Support management of value creation forums and roadmap: Prepare data \'story-telling\' to be presented to stakeholders and senior leaders with the goal of building and validating a comprehensive data set and assumptions that will support decision making. Build working knowledge of business requirements, and use of data to challenge ideas, promote constructive discussions and harmonize conflicting views to drive positive outcomes Partner with functional teams / SMEs to anticipate demand and initiatives to support value creation opportunities Essential Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree of any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in analytics Work well with ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills with attention to details Strong analytical ability and a good sense of business acumen Ability to present ideas and solutions in a structured manner/use data visualization to summarize meaningful insights Highly curious with strong desire to discover new learnings and drive continuous improvements Have a good understanding of GBS finance functional processes particularly in the area of P2P/OTC Hands-on experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau and/or other tools) Exposure to project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Desirable: Finance background and commercial knowledge will be added advantage SAP ERP experience Six Sigma / Project Management certification Working knowledge of intelligent automation - eg Celonis, RPA Experience managing/implementing on working capital initiatives and/or projects Flexibility to accommodate global time zone About You: You\'re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.
