IMMEDIATE HIRING for BUSINESS ANALYST - IT @ Mont Kiara for an INSURANCE Company

LOCAL MALAYSIANS - MANDARIN SPEAKING MUST

Bachelor's degree in computer science, math/science or MIS/CIS . Working Experience in an Insurance industry will be preferable.

To work alongside underwriters and report directly to the project manager/ Chief Technology Officer.

To perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Performing requirements analysis. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with external system vendors, and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, math/science or MIS/CIS is required. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentation Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms. * Ability/Willingness to travel
