Role Summary: This position is responsible for various functions which include finance, business analysis and simple consolidation of the reporting package is required.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:a) Finance and business analysis:\xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and analysis of management reporting, e.g. monthly sales and Profit & Loss (P&L) submission, monthly finance review, annual budgeting, and other reports for performance management upon request\xe2\x80\xa2 To check status of order on hand/order confirmed/backlog and liaise with sales team to prepare weekly sales forecast submission to management\xe2\x80\xa2 Close monitoring of actual sales, margin and expense level vs budget to align with mission target\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring of P&L performance and highlight risk and opportunities\xe2\x80\xa2 Review Marketing Spending & work closely with marketing team to understand Year To Go (YTG) plan and forecast\xe2\x80\xa2 Support for annual budgeting and mid-term plan exercise (templates development, data consolidation, coordination and slide preparation)b) Others:\xe2\x80\xa2 Support in process improvement projects and other ad hoc requirements\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide meaningful data to support decision making\xe2\x80\xa2 To handle ad-hoc requirement from regional team/superior

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
