Your role in helping to achieve this vision of ours shall not just constitute the usual developer role but also in bringing together your curiosity and technical know-how to bring in new technologies to continuously enhance our product and services for the hospitals. Conducting in-depth market research and analysis internally and externally to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges. Detailing business and user requirements into technical requirements using tools like UML (Unified Modeling Language) i.e. Use Case Diagram, Non-functional/Functional Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc. Analyzing internal and external business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency. Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation, such as business requirement documents, user stories, business flow diagrams, and UML diagrams. Collaborating with the Product Manager and Engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable features and functionalities. Participating actively in project planning, roadmap development, and prioritization of features. Conducting meetings and presentations to communicate data, ideas, and findings. Defining necessary test scripts and engaging in user acceptance testing and validation to ensure the product meets the desired outcomes. Assisting in the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing collateral. Serving as a key liaison with the client to consult potential improvement that could be achieved with Encore Med solutions, as well as technology vendors/partners to study the feasibility of the product into our solutions. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Digital Healthcare, Healthtech, or SaaS industry. Naturally analytical and problem-solver, with an ability to derive meaningful insights and proof concepts from data. Experience in gathering and translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, including the use of UML diagrams for clarity. Experience in integration between enterprise systems is highly desired. Decent familiarity with project management as well as software development life cycle (SDLC). Agile development, product development lifecycle, and user-centered design thinking are highly advantageous. Able to work under tight project deadlines and with minimal supervision. Excellent business-level communication, documentation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Passion for healthcare technology and a deep understanding of the digital healthcare landscape. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
