Your main mission will be to enhance MIMS websites and related internal applications to improve the user experience and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of our users. . You will analyse the business needs, define the necessary changes in applications, and assure the final product quality, while collaborating with IT and QC team. . This will be a great opportunity to expand your experience in the areas of CRM, SEO, digital products, and management of complex but important projects. Other responsibilities: . Understand the digital platform strategy and operation needs, and study existing system features to define necessary changes in applications. . Design detail application logics, data values, and criteria for features as a feasible implementation plan while ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. . Write functional specifications for application development, enhancements, and testing, using IT request system (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office tools. . Can create test cases and conducting User Acceptance Tests in test environments with help of QC team. . Monitor the application after go-live and serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues. . Assist Project Manager, effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. . Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department. Requirements: . Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related field. . Minimum 4-5 years of similar work experience, with experience of application development. . Open-minded, curious, and collaborative. . Strong problem solving and analytics skills . Able to work with minimal supervision . Fluent in English (spoken and written) . Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server . Knowledge/Experience working in Agile practice . Experience using JIRA and Confluence . Experience in constructing test cases for UAT . Experience in website development for external users .
