We value individual differences and provide opportunities for you to contribute your unique perspective towards our collective goals.We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team at BASF\'s Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in participating in our Product and Platform teams, working alongside Product & Platform owners to drive success. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.If you are passionate about driving business value through technology solutions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial in your role as you identify, gather, analyze, and document user requirements from them.
• You will effectively communicate and translate these requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for the Product Team, while also supporting backlog management and the translation into technical specifications.
• You will align user stories with expected product values and align use cases and personas with captured requirements.
• You will need to effectively communicate product scope and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• You will have the opportunity to participate in user research activities, such as surveys and interviews, to gather valuable user feedback.
• Collaborating with the product team, you will develop reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders.
• You will also be responsible for creating communication materials, assisting with UAT testing plans/scripts, and analyzing product progress and KPIs to provide regular updates.
• It is important for you to analyze market trends and stay up-to-date both inside and outside of BASF to identify growth and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ further education in IT/ Digitalisation.
• 3-5 years of working experience within Digital teams, project experience, stakeholders management (internal & external).
• Knowledgeable or experience in agriculture will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication in English with analytical thinking and problem-solving, quality assurance and testing skills, agile backlog management, business processes and workflow modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with project management software (e.g; Azure DevOps), process mapping tools, analysis and interview techniques, project management and consulting methods.
