Our client is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company with a presence in a few countries in the Asia-Pacific region supporting various industries including real estate, digital marketing, financial services, entertainment and more. They are now seeking an experienced and capable individual to join their team in the role of Business Analyst.Job Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to analyse market conditions, including competitors, trends, and consumer preferences.
• Data Analysis: Collect, organise, and analyse data using statistical techniques and software to derive actionable insights.
• Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitors\' strategies, products, and market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Trend Forecasting: Predict future market trends and developments based on current data and analysis.
• Report Generation: Prepare reports and presentations summarising findings, insights, and recommendations for management or clients.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop effective strategies and tactics based on market analysis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal, written, and reading).
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in market analysis.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, PPT, GA, GTM, Google Data Studio.
• Effective presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to articulate findings and recommendations convincingly.
• Attentive to details and adaptable to changing market conditions and research methods.
• Understanding pertinent industries, market dynamics, and trends.
• Long term vision on market insights and trends.
• Experience in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Python), Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI), Market Research platforms (Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor), Competitive Intelligence Tools (SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs) is an added advantage.
