Description:Responsible to elicit, analyze and validate the required specifications/requirements for software product. He/she define the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, its interaction with the existing systems and improve the cost-effectiveness of the project/product they are involved in.Duties and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Communicates with all stakeholders and engineers at all level of the SDLC.\xc2\xb7 Analyzes and decomposes complex requirements.\xc2\xb7 Analyzes the existing systems and highlights areas of improvement.\xc2\xb7 Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.\xc2\xb7 Participates in project work scoping and requirements analysis, business process analysis and system architecture design.\xc2\xb7 Document requirement, technical design specification, functional specification, and software architecture document.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications.\xc2\xb7 Validate the functionality of the software product according to the requirement specifications.\xc2\xb7 Responsible in writing and maintaining product documentation. This will include writing and maintaining product data sheets, solution white papers, presentation slides, and manuals (e.g. User Manual, Installation Manual, Training Manual, Trouble Shooting Guide etc).\xc2\xb7 Participate in maintaining the document repository, document control and document versioning.\xc2\xb7 Conduct product training where necessary.\xc2\xb7 Performs others duties as assigned.\xc2\xb7 Able to work within tight deadlines.Education and Skills Required\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering / Telecommunication.\xc2\xb7 With a minimum of 3 years in software programming and designing / architecting solutions based on user requirements.\xc2\xb7 Experience in practical software development and familiarity with some of the following development syntax: Python, C, C++, C#, ASP.NET, Java, XML, XAML, AJAX, DHTML, JavaScript, VBScript, and others scripting language (i.e. LUA)\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Microsoft .NET technologies and relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server) and designing of solutions on different platforms (e.g. web-based n-tier, client-sever models, iOS, android etc.).\xc2\xb7 Experience in writing technical documents at all levels of the SDLC (e.g. Technical Design Spec, Functional Spec, User / Installation / Training Manuals, White Paper, Data Sheet, technical presentation, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Experience in conducting business process analysis and requirement gathering.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience in development, testing or requirement study in national identity or passport system would be an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience in CMMI documentation and processes would be an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess own transport.
