DESIGNATION : Business Analyst - AA



RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:


Requirement Gathering and Analysis + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
+ Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
+ Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Solution Design and Documentation + Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
+ Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
+ Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
Stakeholder Management + Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project managers.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges.
Testing and Quality Assurance + Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
+ Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
+ Identify and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase.
Change Management and Training + Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
+ Assist in the adoption of new systems and processes by providing post-implementation support.
+ Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth transitions





QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with 2 years of insurance industry domain knowledge, specifically in insurance claims With a technical background, able to understand and communicate with technical resource With some project management-related experience, and able to assist PM with project management Ability to travel to client sites based on project demands Experience on D365 is an advantage
