Input to and suggest improvements to designs.
Create documentations for design and explain to developers
Test the modules and deliverables by developers to make sure it fulfils the requirements
Lead user training and user test
Play a leading role on system implementation project for user communication
For routine and non-routine problems, produces high quality solutions and documentation through the use of a structured approach that may include appropriate methods, tools and testing.
Take ownership of their own development and training needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
For \xe2\x80\x9cSupervisor\xe2\x80\x9d position, required at least 7 years\' experience in ERP or equivalent software implementation for Manufacturing Industry. (Requirement Definition, Change Control, Incident Management, User Training, Testing)
Person who has experience in any ERP implementation such as SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics, BAAN, JD Edwards, Infor Syteline, IFS, Sage, etc.
Person who has an accounting knowledge or background such as ACCA or equivalent certification.
Person who has a knowledge of manufacturing industry.
Basic IT knowledge of OS (Windows Server)/Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL or MS SQL) / SQL (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE)
Self-motivated, independent, creative and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
Able to demonstrate that Continuous Development is undertaken in both professional and personal skills.
