JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and document user requirements
• Propose designs/solutions to users according to the requirements
• Input to and suggest improvements to designs.
• Create documentations for design and explain to developers
• Test the modules and deliverables by developers to make sure it fulfils the requirements
• Lead user training and user test
• Play a leading role on system implementation project for user communication
• For routine and non-routine problems, produces high quality solutions and documentation through the use of a structured approach that may include appropriate methods, tools and testing.
• Take ownership of their own development and training needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• For \xe2\x80\x9cSupervisor\xe2\x80\x9d position, required at least 7 years\' experience in ERP or equivalent software implementation for Manufacturing Industry. (Requirement Definition, Change Control, Incident Management, User Training, Testing)
• Person who has experience in any ERP implementation such as SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics, BAAN, JD Edwards, Infor Syteline, IFS, Sage, etc.
• Person who has an accounting knowledge or background such as ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Person who has a knowledge of manufacturing industry.
• Basic IT knowledge of OS (Windows Server)/Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL or MS SQL) / SQL (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE)
• Self-motivated, independent, creative and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
• Able to demonstrate that Continuous Development is undertaken in both professional and personal skills.
