Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key interface between business users and technical developers.
- Perform business analysis on wealth management business and feasibility study for new IT initiatives
- Document and analyze business and user requirements
- Assist in the testing of the enhancement requested by client
- Prepare/review UAT plans and manage/coordinate overall UAT
- Provide training to end users on new system/functions
- Assist in project management and implementation
- Degree in Computer Science or Business Studies
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required language skill(s): Proficient in English (written/spoken) and Chinese (spoken) is a must
- Over 3 years of IT experience, preferably in the Banking Industry.
- Experiences and good understanding on different banking products is preferred.
- Sound business knowledge in retail banking products and internet banking experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, possess analytical-mind and creative/excellent problem solving skill
- Able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
- Willing to travel (Asia Pacific)
- Candidate must be able to cope with tight project schedule
- Able to approach issues and projects with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, innovation and quality with minimum supervision
