Principal Accountabilities: Liaise with LOB to capture business requirements. Act as a consultant helping the business to understand what is possible and envisaging a solution. In RFI/RFI exercise, prepare ISD related requirements from ISD teams and coordinate vendor evaluation. Prepare and get approval for User Requirements, Feasibility Assessment Review project documents, system requirements, functional design and technical architecture Defines subscriber and service life cycles impacting IT systems. Ensures the end-to-end solution meets business requirements and objectives in terms of functionality and operational aspects. Job Scope: Analyse, crystallize and determining business needs from IT systems. Capture and produce business requirements specification (BRS) Ensure mapping of business requirements to acceptance criteria Ensure business processes are defined by LOB in terms of customer and service life cycle experience from business. Define the processes across IT systems. Review and acquire signoff for the BRS Clarify business requirements ambiguity from Delivery Team. Review project documentation to ensure business requirements are met. Proactively understand any business concerns related to IT and feedback to team for improvements. Translate business requirements based on technical solution. Propose solution and design based on requirements. Validate scope of work and impact assessment from partner. Ensure application vendor deliver per agreed timeline and cost. Ensure solution is discussed with operations and handover is done. Follow up with vendor with roll out plan. Perform UCR prioritization and update UCR status. Key Performance Measures: Establish business requirements translate these into a viable technical solution and cover all operational aspects. Ensures requirements are clearly defined and no ambiguity and dispute related to requirements being wrongly captured. Capture the business processes in relation to customer and service life cycle related to IT systems. Ensure mapping of business requirements to acceptance criteria Successfully complete, review and signoff business requirements on time. Work closely with vendors/partners to deliver end to end requirements. Review project documentation to ensure business requirements are met.
